Il Volo’s new Spanish album  Màs Que Amor has debuted at #1 and #2 on the Billboard Latin Pop Album and Latin Album charts (week commencing April 15).

The album was produced by multi-award winning producer Humberto Gatica and Tony Renis who also collaborated on their debut album. The new production includes “Constantemente Mía”, a collaboration with Mexican singer Belinda, a version of “Así” with Eros Ramazzotti and “Il Canto”, a collaboration with tenor Placido Domingo. It also includes an impressive re-interpretation of U2’s “Beautiful Day” and a Spanish version of the song “I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing” titled “Nuestro Amor”, among other tracks.

“Constantemente Mía” is the first single from the Italian trio’s new album. The song features a vocal collaboration by Mexican pop star Belinda and first came to light on February 14^th, when the superstars shared a snippet on their social networks.

“Más Que Amor”, is the name of Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca’s new Spanish language album, released in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, Latin America and Spain on April 9^th. The album was recorded between Los Angeles and Rome under the production of second time collaborators Tony Renis and multiple award winning producer, Humberto Gatica.  

The trio’s live performances have received standing ovations across all Latin America. Their debut album “Il Volo” achieved  2x Platinum in Venezuela and Gold in Colombia, Mexico and the United States and Puerto Rico

OSLO, NORWAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2012 – Nobel Peace Prize Concert organizers announced today that Kylie Minogue, Ne-Yo, Il Volo, Milow, Fanfare Ciocarlia & OqueStrada are the final set of artists to perform at the 19^th annual Nobel Peace Prize Concert on Tuesday, December 11^th in Oslo, Norway at the Oslo Spektrum arena. They join previously announced artists Jennifer Hudson, Seal, Karpe Diem, Laleh and Susanne Sundfor. This year’s concert, hosted by Sarah Jessica Parker and Gerard Butler, features artists from all corners of Europe in addition to international stars.

This year's Nobel Peace Prize Concert will honor the European Union (EU) "for having over six decades contributed to the advancement of peace and reconciliation, democracy and human rights in Europe."  The award is given annually to an individual or organization whose work exemplifies a spirit of hope and leadership that will help promote peace in the world.  The Concert is presented by the Nobel Peace Prize Concert AS and broadcast to a global audience.
