by 20 December 2023IL VOLO is competing in the 74th edition of the Festival di Sanremo with the song “CAPOLAVORO” (Epic Records/Sony Music Italy).
Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto, and Gianluca Ginoble will celebrate 15 years of long-lasting friendship and music together on the stage of the Ariston, where they return for the third time in the competition. They previously triumphed in the festival in 2015 with the song “Grande Amore,” which earned them a prestigious victory at the Eurovision Song Contest. In 2019, they secured the third place with “Musica che resta.”
The year 2024 will mark important milestones and new developments for the world’s most famous Italian trio, as they will release their new album and embark on an incredible World Tour. IL VOLO has recently announced their live return to Italy with “TUTTI PER UNO” (a project by Michele Torpedine) on May 9, 11, and 12 at the Arena di Verona.
These three new unmissable shows, organized and produced by Friends & Partners, will be enhanced, as tradition dictates, by the presence of a large orchestra and numerous guests. This follows the success of their two special evenings on Canale 5 last May.
