Tra le onde—written by Stefano Marletta and Michael Tenisci, and produced by Michael Tenisci and E.D.D.—immediately transports listeners into a dreamlike atmosphere, opening with an intimate piano melody that evokes the embrace of a calm sea. The intensity builds gradually, with strings swelling like stormy waves, culminating in a powerful chorus where the voices of Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto, and Gianluca Ginoble intertwine in perfect harmony.
“La vita è come un corso d’acqua / passa sotto di noi / che restiamo insieme tra le onde”, IL VOLO sings in a track that explores resilience and the inner strength needed to hold onto what truly matters, even when life feels overwhelming.
